His T-shirt hit her at mid-thigh. He’d given her one of his favorites—an older blue one that almost matched her eyes. Soft from several washings, it flowed over her breasts and hips. Her wet hair lay against her chest, the ends teasing her nipples. They stood at attention, as if begging for his mouth.
She walked up to him, laid her hands on his chest, and offered her mouth for his kiss. Dolan took her gift, parting her lips with his tongue so he could taste her. A hint of mint flowed over his tongue. Groaning, he cradled her jaws with his hands and tilted her head to deepen the kiss. She responded by parting her lips wider and touching the tip of his tongue with her own.
Dolan dropped two more kisses on her mouth before resting his forehead against hers. “Wow.”
His hands roamed over her back, enjoying the warmth of her skin through the soft cotton. “You’re quite a kisser.”
“So are you.”
He could feel her breath puff across his lips. It made him want to kiss her again. It made him want to feel that breath all over his body.
Taking her quickly would be easy. He didn’t want that. He wanted to make love with Yvonne, not simply fuck her long enough to reach a climax.
Lifting her in his arms, he laid her on his bed and stretched out beside her, propping up on one elbow. “Are you sure about this? If you don’t want me, tell me now.”
Her gaze traveled over his face, his shoulders, his chest. When she looked back in his eyes, he had no doubt of her feelings.
“I want you, Dolan.”
She did want him, truly want him. Yvonne hadn’t felt desire this strong in… She didn’t think she’d ever felt desire this strong. The other men she’d been with had answered a natural, biological need. Well, they’d tried to answer it, even if her body hadn’t cooperated.
Dolan answered the need of her heart.
